Accessibility statement
CrewShift is being developed toward WCAG 2.2 AA readiness, with European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 expectations in scope. This page explains coverage, standards, known limits and how to report an accessibility issue.
Scope
This statement covers the CrewShift web application, including the dashboard, critical forms, assurance modules and reporting.
Standard
The target standard is WCAG 2.2 AA, extended with EN 301 549 and European Accessibility Act expectations for the statement, issue reporting and monitoring.
Known limits
- The full automated WCAG 2.2 AA check is still being completed, so some validation still relies on quality rules and manual review.
- Some screens do not yet have a unified error summary and focus management for critical forms.
Report an issue
Accessibility issues can be reported by email. Please include the page URL, a short problem description and the device or assistive technology you used.
Write to accessibility@brillnet-app.com.
We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days.
Monitoring
Accessibility is reviewed quarterly and after UX-critical changes. Inputs include automated test results, quality rules, manual review and user reports.
